Pepsi To Go Vanilla This Summer

Vanilla Pepsi to take on Coke in cola wars

NEW YORK - Vanilla is the latest flavor in the cola wars.

Pepsi is joining Coke in offering a vanilla flavored cola product. Some 90 million cases of Vanilla Coke have been sold since its introduction last May. Now, Coke's rival hopes vanilla lovers will want to join the Pepsi Generation.

PepsiCo confirms it will market Pepsi Vanilla late this summer

It is the no. 3 best selling bottled soda for Coca Cola. Not bad I'd say. Personally I like the Diet version. To each his own.

Vanilla Coke is absoultely yummy. I think pepsi is barely drinkable so I won't even try vanilla pepsi.

I like Vanilla coke, Didn't much care for it at first, but it definitely grew on me.

Even better, in 50 hours Lent is over, so I can actually drink sodas again for the first time in six and a half weeks. Can't wait.

Vanilla Coke Rules!

It has this great fountain soda flavor.

I agree ... so far anything that Pepsi tried to mix with the original formula sucked. And I actually like Pepsi.

Pepsi is number 1.

Vanilla Coke and Cherry Coke are the only versions of Coke I will drink. Regular leaves a sticky film on my teeth, that's gross.

I can't wait for Vanilla Pepsi.

I liked Crystal Pepsi. Crystal gravy wasn't so good though.

Crystal gravy was an SNL spoof on Crystal Pepsi for those who didn't know.
