Journey to the Centre of the Earth (2008)

I didn't expect a work of art here and it met my expectations. Brendan Fraser an extremely likable actor along with Josh Hutcherson who plays his nephew saved this one for me. Even though the story was different it had many of the same elements like giant mushrooms, dinosaurs and a sea in the centre to name a few. I took my granddaughter to see this movie, (unfortunately not in 3-D) and she thoroughly enjoyed it, so, I'm happy.
