For those that don't want to walk or take a taxi, the Gold Coast, which is where I'm staying and is across the street from the RIO, does have a shuttle to the Orleans.
From the Gold Coast's website:

Just to let everyone know.
These are small shuttle buses.
holds about 25 people.
Also depending on the driver, you MIGHT have to show your room card key.
But it hardly ever happens.
if you're going to take this shuttle, I advise to get in line about 20mins prior.
