I don't own any of these receivers but based only on what I've read, I'd say the HK is the best choice. HKs have solid reputation for sound quality and for honestly reporting power output. Also, IIRC the 347 is further up the "food chain" in the HK product hierarchy compared to the others in their respective product ranges. The only thing I'd be careful about is that any HK you get has the latest firmware installed. JMO
