Both APC and Belkin also make very realible products that hit a good price point.. Both companies make commercial products as well as products just for your home.

Both have a pretty wide range of products that range from simple surge protectors to UPS systems that will protect computers and home theaters (and other electronic gear).

I have three UPSes in my home: one for my main TV and other AV gear (this includes an input/output for surge protection for the cable from my satellite dish), one for my computer, network, printer, phone, etc, (includes ports for the phone line) and one for my bedroom TV and AV gear.

If you want peace of mind, an additional $50 to $200 is not very much to spend (cheaper than Monster cables, for example).
