It runs for an hour and sixteen minutes. And it's worth every minute.

I heard much of this lecture on CSPAN radio one night driving home from band practice. I see he has qualified for SIR-Spheres. My cousin Kimberly Troisi Paton had that treatment when she was at about the same stage that Randy Pausch is at, though Kim had exactly what the SIR-Spheres are designed for, colorectal cancer which has spread to an as yet unradiated liver. I don't think it was very effective, it's about the absolute last ditch hope that someone in their predicament can have.

Reading his story on his web site is hauntingly like Kimberly's story. The ending isn't happy.
