Normally I would try to work at least one or two titles from the 'un-viewed' pile, but I will answer with known quantities. Also, I'll assume that I'm under the weather which means I tend to watch action / adventure or comedy...

Dr. Strangelove
The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
Some Like It Hot
Cool Hand Luke
The Right Stuff
Goldfinger (or substitute another Bond film)
A Clockwork Orange
Young Frankenstein

I could watch any of these films virtually anytime.
