Our new HDTV has the following connections..

Cable/Antenna Inputs, Number: 1
Component Input Sets, Total Number: 2
Composite Video Inputs, Number: 2
S-Video Inputs, Number: 1
RGB 15 Pin Connector: Yes
Analog Audio Output: Yes
Analog Audio Output, Type: Fixed
Digital Audio Output: Yes
Digital Audio Output Type: Optical
HDMI Inputs, Number: 3

I want to buy a 5.1 theater system but I'm sort of mixed up on which connection type to look for, should I just worry about getting a receiver that has an HDMI output, or is one of the other connection types better?
