As I said, if the PS3 is putting out 1080p via HDMI (which it is when it upscales SD DVD), then you will get 1080p at the TV. The
only source resolution that is changed by the 805 is 1080i component in scaled to 720p when it is converted to HDMI out. All other source resolutions stay the same.
