Ahhh yes, the "if you think it's correct, that's all that matters because we don't want anyone to feel inferior" school of thought. An entire generation of kids didn't learn math and spelling in California (and other places) because of this theory. Good luck with that.
Seriously, using all small letters is decidedly
not understandable. Even leaving out punctuation is preferable. Anything more than a couple sentences in all lower case and, at least in my experience, people stop reading.
