I seem to have forgotten why Jack was so angry with Locke. Was it just because he thought Locke killed Naomi? Or was there something to it before that?

Also, beyond that, I have heard we will see an episode Spoiler: revealing that Sayid got off the island; another one about Kate's post-island life, and who she was returning to that night with Jack; and one detailing what happened to Michael since he left the island at the end of season 2.
