Robert Surtees was nominated twice in 1972 for the films "The Last Picture Show" and "Summer Of '42" and also twice in 1967 for "Doctor Doolittle" and "The Graduate". 1967 was the first year they combined the Cinematography categories. (BTW, he went 0-4)
