I don't physically have my hands on it yet but my UPS Store has received my player, which should be an XA2. UPS Next Day Air service. Shipped yesterday from Cerritos, CA which is in the greater L.A. area. No other boxes arrived with it. Can't yet confirm no software enclosed.

meshugas and delays, HD DVD--again--still made it to market before BD.
