Exodus LCR Crossover

I purchased the Exodus LCR probably over a year ago and I've never had the time/weather/tools to complete the project all at the same time. I am finally working towards completing it, and for the first time, I unboxed the crossovers.... come to find out, I have to solder the board! I have never done this before and the instructions are so vague that I don't even know where to begin. The instructions say that the board is marked, but I don't see where the components are marked! I can match up the capacitors due to quantity and size, but I don't know what to do with the stacks of wire (which one is L15 and L16? Does it matter which lead goes in which hole -- basic electronics would make me think not, but I want to be sure?). Also, do I have to solder the speaker wire to the board? It's all kinda crazy -- are there better directions some where? I really wish I would have known this before buying the kit -- I am 100% fine with building the box, but I have never had good luck with soldering circuit boards. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
