I just wanted to come back to this thread and put some info about the XA2. THe XA2 will continue to be a current model player as it has stronger chassis, better vider decoding and RS232 than the gen 3 players. It will be getting a 1080P24 update this month and rumor has it that a future FW update will give it the ability to pass through bitsream to a newer receiver.
