Re: Just my .02 about the EMA show

Ray,

Like the vast majority of people here I had a great time at the HTF/EMA fest (even not counting all the great goody bags!). One of the few things that I regret was not being able to meet all the people I had intended to touch base with, such as yourself. As new owners of JVC DLA-RS1 FPs I wish we had some time to compare notes, etc. I was so busy rushing around to so many functions that I didn't even realize this until it was over. Please accept my apologies for not seeking you out.

One of the problems involved not having the flexibility of an opening and a closing HTF session where we could have all introduced ourselves to each other and then have some immediate feedback. I'm not blaming the organizers of this event. It was their first time at this and such gatherings will be included in future events of this type. The rush to set up the room and other factors played into this as well. Next time things will be a bit easier.

Are you, by any chance, heading out to CEDIA 2007 in Denver? A number of HTF staff will be in attendance as usual and if you happen to be there as well we definitely have to link up at some point. If not, then at a future HTF event.

Take care and enjoy your great projector!
