It's 3:30 AM, but the EMA pictures are UP!

So far I have not had a chance to go in and add titles, descriptions, tags or associated names. I will do that after I get some sleep on the plane tomorrow and FINALLY finish my Dante's Peak Review. If anyone is a Flickr/Yahoo user and wants to adds names via the comments, PLEASE DO!

Standard Photo Disclaimer:
I will gladly make full sets of 4x6s for anyone who wants them, at cost and if there are specific shots you want at 4x6, or want enlargements of, 5x7s, 8x10s and even 16x24s are available should anyone want one that big. They are very reasonably priced at costco and all I ask is you let me know the NAMES of the shots you want, don't make me hunt down 'the shot of the guy with the thing' as its too easy to be confused. Again, I will have them made for only the cost of what Costco charges, I don't do this to make money but to have fun. Each photo's name can be found by clicking on them individually, they have simple names but many have similar or numbered names, so make sure you list the exact ones you want.
Additionally, you can have them printed DIRECTLY from Flickr for about the same cost as going through Costco. I have been happy with the prints I have gotten from them in the past, they are very fast at delivery, and you can tell them directly what size you want and how many copies of each (all the way up to 20x30!). If its more convenient for you to do it that, way, go for it! Note that fun things like having them made onto a stamp or posters are also available from their partner sites Zazzle and Qoop but I have not used them. Just click on the first one you want printed out and it will walk you though making a print order, or the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) file for doing it can be found here:

http://www.flickr.com/help/printing/

I can also burn these to CD/DVD if anyone wants a set.

While I retain full copyright on my shots, anything I put on Flickr is available to the public and given 'usage rights' under a specific creative commons license. For more details on that, see here:

http://creativecommons.org < http://creativecommons.org>

Bottom line is you can make as many prints as you like, you can email these shots to relatives as long as you retain my contact info on them and give me credit and don't sell them =) Also you can 'mash up' and make derivative NON COMMERCIAL works but if you do you have to give me credit. Commercial use is prohibited without additional licensing through me. So nobody can come to my Flickr site and take any of the pics and use them in stock photos or anything like that without signing a contract with me. The specific CC license I use is here:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/ <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/>

I don't explicitly state all the above because I'm a big computer nerd. I tell you this because big media companies are effectively killing fair use and small hobbyists. People who want to retain our legal rights and be free to use and protect (or share at our whim!) the media we create and to take the media we buy (songs movies etc) without restriction to whatever technical format we want, without fear of legal wrangling from the RIAAs and MPAAs of the world, have embraced Creative Commons as a way to help with all of this. Creative Commons helps solve some of these problems, but we have a lot of work to do on others!

/End Disclaimer

Sam
PS I explicitly give Ron, Adam, and other Mods here at HTF permission to use these shots as they see fit, and also grant similar to The Digital Bits and TVShowsOnDVD owners, please just make sure I get credited! I'm flexible on granting other commercial rights, just email me!
