Who owns distr. rights to Bel-Air Productions film library?

I know that MGM released Voodoo Island as a double-feature disc in their Midnite Movies series... did they just license this one title or do they have rights over the entire 50's movie library?

There's a lot of fun b-movies like Big House, U.S.A., Hell Bound and The Black Sleep and many colorful matinee westerns that would be nice to have on DVD.

I'd especially like to see the above mentioned titles though.. Not masterpieces by any stretch (though the Black Sleep is a very atmospheric film and quite reminiscent of a certain British production co. known for it's gothic horror pictures) and Big House, U.S.A. is an entertaining low budget thriller with great scenery and beautiful photographic backdrops. I can definitely think of worse ways to spend 90 minutes.

Does anyone know anything about the rights holdings of Bel-Air Prod.?
