I am sitting here at the airport waiting for my plane to board.
I can easily roll off a letter to Sandra and Grace concerning your
room and the rate that you were charged.
I'll send the both of you a copy of the email I send out. If this
is not resolved by the time you check in, come see me and I
will pursue this matter further.
