Sorry if this hasn't been brought up before, but I came up with this really horrible thought.
Everybody can pick their favorite "Not on DVD" title and flash forward 50 years. We'll asume that said title didn't come out, and still (after 50 years) isn't out. Now just you (if you are still alive) and a handful of other people, know that it existed a long time ago.
These heirs to this 'rights' fortune won't be getting any $$$ from this at all now. This may require an extention to their legal rights, but that's not the issue here. If they don't take an offer today, won't they all be totally screwed
when they won't get any money from this, ever?
