Actually, at least when it came to syndication, the package was split between Four Star (now owned by Fox) and Viacom. Some of the episodes, not sure which, retained the Richard Diamond title while the others ran as Calling Mr. D. I believe the first 51 (or 52) of the run were handled by Viacom with the last group of 26 controlled by Four Star.
Just curious if you know the episodes being sold as a quick Library of Congress search seems to show all episodes to be under copyright.
