I have a KD transcoder for sale. One component in to dual VGA out. Unit works with all video formats including HD signals. I'm currently using it with a D-VHS deck. I bought this unit new about 18 months ago for $249. Here is a link to their current model the KD-CTCA3 (you are buying the KD-CTCA2) I don't know what the differences if any are:
