I currently own a little starter home. I wasn't going to sell it yet, but I have someone who is interested in purchasing it from me so I'm going to look into it. I'd rather not involve a realtor if I don't have to. In this case there wouldn't be any need for marketing or showing the house. I have no idea where to even look for info on what steps I would need to take to sell the place myself.

Anybody have any advice or suggestions on where I could read up on the process?
