My old Harmon Kardon (AVR20 II) reciever just went on me after 8 years of loyal service. I am currently looking for a new a/v receiver. I am not up to date on the newer technologies/products. I am looking to spend about $500. I have currently looked at the following two:

Harmon Kardon AVR 330/300
Denon AVR-1905

Does anyone have any advice/input into one of these over the other? I am open to other suggestions as well.

My system is medium sized, Polk Speakers:

L and R are RT 7's
Center is CS200
Rears are M2's

My Sub is an Acoustic Research S108PS

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
