I’ll disagree somewhat with Chuck. I have no emotional attachment to any of these films.

I consider The Return of the Jedi a poor movie and while Peter Jackson made some choices in individual scenes that are unfortunate (dwarf tossing, for example), these are fairly short distractions compared to the Ewoks (though that is not all I dislike about that movie).

Lord of the Rings very easily.
