Do a search of "sks12" posts, I think he upgraded from the 630 to the 7200 and reported it sounds much better, with lower noise floor. Not the 525.. but you get a idea of the lower v upper end newer models..

i've been going round and round, trying to decide if i should keep the 630 or get the 7200. i debated the newer/upgraded features of the 630 vs build quality of the 7200. either way i'd have a great receiver, that made choosing even more difficult. i finally decided to get the 7200 and it arrived yesterday. the most significant difference is that there's no noise at all coming from any speakers!!! none, zilch, nada, absolutely nothing! all the connections are exactly the same, all we did was literally switch out the 630 for the 7200. while i'm already spoiled and miss the added osd options these are minor differences that don't compare to the improved sound of the 7200. i wouldn't have imagined a better sound than i was getting from the 630 but now it's even cleaner and fuller. if i never tried the 7200, i would have been quite content with the 630 but now i'm glad i made the change :-) btw- i was able to get volume displayed on my tv screen (when i increased or decreased the volume) with the 630 but with the 7200 there's no volume display at all. the opnly display is when i'm using the osd. anyonw with the 7200 get volume displays on their tv? thanks for your input.
