Well I just upgraded from the 3803 to a 4802 and what a difference in Sound from the extra power. If anyone is deciding between the 2 I would definately advise the extra money for the 4802. I paid $125 extra for the upgrade and it was by far the best $125 I have spent in awhile on HT Equipment.

I really wasn't impressed at all with the 3803. Sure it has all the features that every other receiver has but the Sound wasn't clean and crisp like the previous years 3802 or 3801 models.
