Well, I could do some of them (sub to 1/4-- you mean RCA to 1/4 unbalanced? that's easy). For some others I usually build a high quality cable, and get a decent adapter from RS or Parts Express and just heatshrink over it, so it ends up as one cable (RCA to 1/8th for example).
But I do all custom stuff, and can probably make it happen one way or another.
