I just bought a refurb CDR26. It was having tracking problems with recording. I was about to send it back but decided to try a cleaning disc - now it works great

My brother has the CDR20 and likes it.

Performance-wise, I can't hear any difference between the two.

BTW, the headphone output is amazing (compared to anything I've owned).
