Hi Richard,

In my opinion, the nicest and most professional way to do it would be using single gang decora plates with five way binding posts... that's the way I did it when I was doing My System after looking at various home theaters done by professional a/v contractors. You need to put electrical gang boxes into the wall (they have special ones for excisting drywall if you already put it up), and then install the five way decora thing just as you would any electrical outlet or whatever.
