As I said before, I thought I have a slight bit of burn-in from watching 2.35:1 Anamorphic in Cinema-Wide on my 16x9 Pioneer. That combination left a very thin black bar, but I used to use it b/c I wanted to mostly fill my screen but figured I was trimming less off the sides than Zoom mode, (which will completely fill the screen from top to bottom).

Anyway, now I am not so sure. I watched a movie the other day that even zoomed I could not get rid of the black bars. Here's the thing, at the very top and bottom of the entire picture, along the black bars, I noticed the thin area that I've been thinking was burn-in. However, at the top and bottom of the movie itself, (on the border with the black bars), I noticed this same thin area of slight discoloration or a slight shift, (not sure how to describe it). Since those areas are well within portions of my entire screen that alway have picture on them, this can't be burn-in. Anyone have any ideas of what they could be?
