The theatrical version was on Netflix FYI (haven't checked recently but I watched it there months ago).   I might add a third selection to your poll because I'd vote "both."    Does the extended cut even exist?

I picked up the newish 2 disc Twelve O'Clock High in one of those for $5.  Didn't have slipcover but for $5 I'm not arguing. 

For those of you interesting in seeing them, Mountain Men, Secret of the Incas, and Pony Express are available streaming from Netflix.  They're in my queue but I've not watched them yet so can't comment on...

I got Study in Terror and it looked fantastic.  No menu though, it just starts playing and stops when the movie is over.  Great little Sherlock Holmes flick. 

I'm not familiar with any particular episode, but it struck me that it might be the religious themed Crossroads.  It's just a guess, but you might be able to find episode descriptions online...
