What was the $50 rebate for Friends? I know each issue usually has a $10 rebate when bought with another season. But by the time season 9 comes out, didn't the rebate coupon in season 8 expire?

According to the form inside the Night Court case, you can use the proof of purchase tabs OR the UPC. I plan on using the UPC from the outer piece of paper covering the bonus DVD.
Dave, Since these are for 8-disc cases you won't need any other cases to fit the bonus discs.
...except for Season 1 of TOS (8 discs + BB Bonus DVD). I guess one could just keep it in the paper holder loose in the case.
Has anybody converted "Seinfeld" to the slim four cases yet?
