While it's a commendable effort, when video generated titles are slapped across it, it's no longer an 'original theatrical trailer'. And thus if included on any home video format, should be labelled as a recreation of the original...
Actually on 3rd viewing, that looks to be a recreated trailer with video generated titles.

Ok, so this September we'll see a pristine NTSC release thanks to Uni. Let's cross out bits they have a deep trawl through their vaults to find the MPAA censored footage...if not then include the widely available uncensored work...
