Here's a thought for all to ponder... What if, to reduce costs and discs, CBS decides to release a Box Set of 2-sided DVDs, bringing the number of discs down to 17, including Special Features. Would that be an "improvement"? or ?

Look at it this way, Brad... for what we paid for the erstwhile FUGITIVE BOX SET, we could have bought a couple of shares of FACECROOK stock. The DVDs are a better value.

I'm still puzzled at the secrecy surrounding the Box Set release. It's not like there's a competing studio that might issue a preemptive release of the series. This "...all I'm allowed to tell" and "That's only what I can say right now"...

I'd be interested in watching BEN CASEY again. As a kid, I remember my older sister favorably comparing David Janssen to Vince Edwards when THE FUGITIVE premiered. She was a big fan of Craig Stevens, even earlier, on PETER GUNN.

Janssen was born in March and passed away in February...no "Anniversary" there. The two-part finale was August 22 and August 29, 1967...that would be the only "Anniversary" coming up. It seems odd that CBS would play a game with obscure...

UNFORGETTABLE has been canceled, but there is talk that it may be picked up by Lifetime or TNT. It would be nice to have the premiere season on DVD. Are you listening, Sony/CBS?
