I live in the Oakland Bay area and receive CBS, NBC in HD along with Directv 5 other HD broadcasts and soon they will add FOX. By the middle of next year there will be many more stations in HD from Directv.
That occurs when the program is not HD or CBS in origin. wait a while and chanel 80 will come back on. In the meantime you can tune in to channel 380, the same station in SD.
After three phone calls the situation was resolved and the future looks good. Soon Fox will be on its own satellite in HD and this time next year DIRECTV will have alot more HD channels. Goodbye VOOM.
