I have a Fujitsu which does 1080i as well as 720p. Can sit as close as 6' but usually 7.5' to 8' max. Just trying to figure out how close one needs to sit from a 42" to get the same view as if sitting in front of a 50".

How close do i have to sit to my 42" plasma to get the same perspective, as if i were looking at a 50"?
