The HD DVD players with 5.1 multichannel analogs do not support High Resolution. But if you simply select the DTS surround option, your analogs will provide as much of a sound threat.
Yes they are and you can toggle from one to the other.
If your monitor's DVI is not HDCP compliant, Video will not be received. Normally you are required to have a graphic card with an HDCP compliant input.
Some say the "Bookmark" feature works to do just that. Have not tried it myself. I believe it's the "B" command when in scenes selection.
