Ric, I got my A3 right about the same time you did and sent in my rebate form about 1-2 weeks after, in early December. I finally got my 5 free HD-DVDs yesterday. A friend of mine is still waiting on his too, but hasn't gotten them...

While I agree that a BD release could easily support both versions in a single release, I personally have zero interest in watching the theatrical cuts again. I saw them in the theatre, and have always waited for the extended versions...

Borrowed the disc from my friend. His copy played through the same part on my player without a hitch, though I didn't watch the entire film again. Bad disc. Stupid combos.
