I'm assuming that all of the EON eps still exist past 1979 or so. So fans should eventually be able to see those in one form or another.

SC has just posted the episode from '96 where Meta Bauer returns to Springfield played by SFT's Mary Stuart.

According to a statement by Soap Classics, all of the existing P&G soaps will be available in some form by the end of this year. For some it will mean DVD releases. For others it may only mean streaming.

I'm guessing they did not expect there to be a lot of support for the older soaps. But maybe now that word is out the older fans will rally and ask for their own favorites to be released. I also think part of the hold up for releasing...

Don't expect to see "Eunice" included. That's a long shot. But I'd settle for a separate release since Mama's Family has stalled on DVD.

The "Eunice" special is available on YouTube. I Believe that it has possibly been rerun at least once but I'm not sure. I'm guessing it was pulled from airing after Mama's Family was created.

Not to open a can of worms, but does anyone know why there is such a problem with the original 4 seasons of Burngood episodes ? Do they not know who legally owns them ? Or do the copyright holders not want them released or are asking...

So can we dream about the idea that all 50 eps will be previously unreleased ones ? I'm guessing not.

I'm guessing there are a few early, scattered tapes in the P&G archive that even they may not have been aware of. There's certainly hope that more material like this will be found. And I wholeheartedly agree that performers and crew...
