I just got my hd service and dvr. Everything looks good, but a couple of the menu options confuse me. Should I set native to on or off? How should I set the aspect ratio? Stretch, original? Should my SXRD be set to full or...

I just got a 50" sxrd and it's been pretty nice so far. I'm a little confused on how to set up the tv and the receiver. I have them all plugged up fine, and I set them both to widescreen mode, but when a show is on that is in...
