I checked onkyo's site and it seems it will do the upconvert I need. Next questions, how well and useful is the net-tune and does it have an auto-tuning feature that let's me setup the speakers using a microphone?

Looking at onecall.com they list the 801 with Composite to S-Video Conversion, I need composite and S-video to upconvert to Component.
Does anyone have a 801 and can tell if it it does the upconvert I need?
