The best way is to use a router with a roundover bit. If you dont have one or can't get use of one but still want to soften the edges then just use a sanding block and break the edges by hand with the sandpaper.
There isnt anything specifically out for IB drivers right now but the Shiva and Tempest Classics have been used MANY times with great success. The Soundsplinter drivers are also being used with great success right now as well.

I agree with Jack. Look at the Dayton 12HF Referece Driver or also check out he Soundsplinter Premium 12 for a bit more output capability.

Bump up to a Rythmik 350 for a little more power and just a few more $$ and I'll bet you will be happy. The 250 works fine but the 350 will give you just a bit more headroom.
