i'm also not a huge fan of sinatra as an actor/movie star, but i find his perfomance here to be most enjoyable. i think it's his best musical. kim novak has commented on how sinatra 'cut to ribbons' the whole 'chez joey' dream/dance...

the dvd cover of rita hayworth's 'down to earth' has her with blue eyes---- every hayworth-lover knows her eyes are brown! for my 'affair in trinidad' dvd i printed that exact poster to size and used it as my dvd cover art..... and...
