Count me in. We had a "hot sauce thread" a year or so ago, and I couldn't read it without salivating.
Habaneros make the best tasting hot sauce, but a good jalapeno-based sauce is great, too.
I love Tex-Mex, but Thai food has the best hot stuff I know of. Yeah, the endorphins are great, but to me, taste (believe it or not) is just as important.

Thanks, Craig. You just described what I consider to be the perfect hot sauce.

I'll be sure to check it out.

My favorites:
Busha Browne's Pukka Hot Sauce(made from Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers)
Doc's Special
El Yucateco Habenero
All available at Mohotta.com (not affiliated with them). They also send you a catalog that lists the Scoville units of each sauce which makes arguements over which is hotter moot.

Considering that I just purchased a case of hot sauce over the internet and had it sent to my work, I guess I qualify as a hot sauce lover.
People in my office thought I ordered some wine...you shoulda seen the weird looks I got when I opened up the box and showed them it was hot sauce....
FWIW...I have had many hot sauces but this is my favorite (and all I use now)
F. Mclinktocks Cowboy Hot Sauce from the Central California Coast

Endorphine Rush is very good but not even close to the heat the Daves Insanity (or even better, Dave's Insanity Private Reserve, comes in it's own coffin I have a bottle from his 1998 stock).
But none of these match up to Possible Side Effects, simply the hottest sauce I've ever had that had any kind of flavor to it at all. Great sauce.
I have at least 35 bottles of hot sauce of all different kinds in the fridge. For everyday spice, I like simple Red Hot. To go really hot, I use Dave's or Possible Side Effects. Otherwise, it is just what mood I'm in at the time.
My Collection Does anyone look at these things anyway?

I vote for Chalua sauce as well, its the secret ingredient to my bloody marys. My wife and I love that stuff, good flavor, right amount of heat. Best on scrambled eggs too.
This year I'm growing my first veggie garden, aside from the usuals, I'm growing Red Cowhorn Peppers, hopefully I can make my own sauce with them.
:b <--what my face did after eating a tiny slice of raw habanero pepper one time
