But in short, it's not a "yes" or "no" answer. Nothing about this film was ever that easy. |
Well, I guess that's something!
I just think they need to get the SE out on DVD soon, or we might as well just start asking for it on HD-DVD now!

And I'll add to the chorus saying thanks for telling us what little you can, and assuring us that this great film hasn't been overlooked.

It's great that Warner understands the demand for this movie; I'm glad they're doing all they can to get it out in the best version possible.
I hope they don't give up on the rights issues, though; I really want to see the final version. I still have faith that they'll get it worked out eventually, but in the meantime, this will definitely do.

Thanks WB!

Hmmm, at least something is going to happen soon finally. This is definitely one 2 disc DVD set to own.
Now only if an expanded and unabridged version of FUTURE NOIR: THE MAKING OF BALDE RUNNER by Paul M. Sammon could see print.

I read an interview in Empire magazine with Scott, where he claimed he had just recorded a commentary track for Bladerunner. If there wasn't a finished version of the film at hand, what did he record it to?
Does anyone know more about this?
Thanks,
