Join the Home Theater Forum Team


Home Theater Forum is looking for a few talented individuals with writing skills and enthusiasm for Home Theater to join our reviewing team.

We have several positions open for those interested in reviewing current DVD and Blu-ray releases.  As a reviewer on this forum you will be asked to evaluate these discs based on audio and video presentation and write a review.  

In addition we are looking for individuals interested in receiving hardware product from major manufacturers that include Panasonic and JVC to evaluate and review.  These products include front projectors and Blu-ray players.  Note that in most cases the manufacturers offer a discount to those that wish to keep the product after reviewing it.

Please Read the Terms of Qualification Below:

1. All positions are VOLUNTARY.  You will not be paid for reviews other than receiving software product at no charge and being able to keep it.  Hardware reviewers in most all cases will receive discounts on purchase through manufacturer.

2. All applicants must have a mid to high end system for evaluation.  This means a large-screen 1080p display and at least a 5.1 surround system able to decode the latest high resolution audio formats.  No Home Theater In A Box speaker systems. A Blu-ray player featuring 2.0 profile is also requested.

3. Software review applicants must be available to write a few reviews each month.  Those reviewing hardware will need to review as it becomes available.  If you do not have the extra time or motivation to evaluate and write reviews please do not apply.

4. Due to the fact that we deal with studios and manufacturers who ship within the Continental United States this offer is not open to anyone living outside the country.
