Which receiver between Denon AVR 1910 and 3805

I am not very educated on home audio as I am with car audio, but I know the Denon 1910 is a great unit that I could get for $465 with a 2 year warranty or I could get a used Denon 3805 for $400. The 3805 seems like it would be a better unit but is it the best choice over a new 1910?  I will be hooking it up to Fluance SX speakers and will mostly watch movies. I am looking for a receiver that will last me a long time, output good sound quality, and have nice features so when it comes time to upgrade it, I will be able to sell it easier.

The 1910 has HDMI inputs so it's able to handle the new audio formats found on BluRay players and whatever come in the future. It also has the latest version of Audyssey Room Correction which is a big plus. The 3805 is a great unit but is a bit outdated.
