 Folks,

I was looking at5 the TEAC CRH-227I receiver and Energy C-200 speakers when i came across the Denon M37 system. Similarly priced. Your thoughts please, for an informal living room, playing soft popular music

Thanks

I'm betting the Denon receiver/cd player is a little bit better than the Teac one but I'm equally sure the Energy speakers are better than the Denon's. I have a pair of the C-50's and they're quite nice for the price. Of the two choices, for casual listening, I'd go with the Denon. But I could be wrong.
