This one's a recycled Garden Gnome costume I built a few years ago.  The eyes, eyebrows, and mouth are operated by my left hand from the inside.  I also have a stash of candy that I can stuff into the nose from the inside with my left hand, and reach around and pick out from the outside with my right hand.  The kids thought the "nose candy" was gross, but they took it.
